When we talk about potential, we are not referring to money or how to be wealthy and successful; reaching your potential is about what are those things that will make you happy, what are our goals and dreams, and what you need to do to obtain the results that you want.
To reach your full potential, you need to have a clear understanding of what you want in your life and how you can make it happen; what are those things that maybe you need to change, possibly believe more in yourself, change your friendships, go out more, any step that can make you closer to your dreams.

1. Face your challenges
To achieve our goals and dreams, we need to face our challenges. We all have moments where we feel stuck and struggle to complete a task or have fears that stop us from achieving our goals. Try not to spend too much time thinking about those struggles and look for opportunities to increase our curiosity and creativity.
For example, if you struggle interacting with people in person, look for ways to express yourself differently. Don’t spend your life putting walls on your goals; find a way to move around your challenges; when you focus on positivity and ideas to improve yourself, your brain won’t have the time to think about the challenges.
2. Take care of yourself
You need to be kind and care for yourself to reach your full potential. Sometimes we can be hard on ourselves, which is one of the biggest mistakes. If we put ourselves down, how will we reach our potential when we don’t believe in what we can do?
Take time for your needs, go away for the weekend, and relax your mind and body; this is also essential for your mental health. Your happiness can decrease if you don’t like yourself and don’t accept who you are. Once you come up with a way to look at the big picture and love yourself, your energy, joy, and stability, in general, will increase.

3. Vision your life
Visioning your life is the best way to know what you want to achieve. Look into your life and ask yourself what do I want to be. What kind of relationship do you want to have, what hobbies do you want to do, your dream job, and what kind of friendships you are looking for.
These are all the kinds of questions that you need to ask yourself to know what your expectations are, what matters to you, health, wealth, relationships, self-growth, and write down what you have, what you need, and what you do want from all of them.
4. Make Goals
Work on your goals once you identify your vision and write down what you want and need. Make a list of your next steps, what you need to get there, what your values are, and what makes you happy.
Remember that the idea here is to understand how to reach those goals and reach your full potential to make your dreams come true.
