Hola Beauties! Haircare is as important as body or skincare. Sometimes, we forget how delicate our hair is, and we use so many harmful products on it that we don’t realize the damage we are doing until it is too late. Today, I want to share Easy tips for healthy hair.
I have to admit that I neglected my hair for many years, and I was not taking the proper care that deserved it. I will not say that my hair was in bad shape, but it was not healthy enough to be happy with it.
I always tried different colors, going to the salon at least once or twice a week to get a proper blowout, and I didn’t realize how bad that was and the money I was spending.
Nowadays, I take care of my hair as much as I do with my skin. I made many changes in my lifestyle after my 30s and included 5 changes that made my hair healthy; I think that my hair never looks better. ❤

This post is about 5 Easy Tips For Healthy Hair.
Stop dying your hair
This is probably the biggest change that I made and one of the most important easy tips for healthy hair that you can practice.
I used to dye my hair all the time, and 5 years ago, I just decided to stop doing it, and my hair had completely benefited from this decision.
My hair is now so healthy, shiny, thicker, and stronger. Sometimes I want to do something cute and dye it again when I see it on social media, big hair transformations with beautiful tones, but then I remember how my hair used to get so dry from the chemicals that it is not worth it.
Another thing that I noticed is that my hair now grows so fast.
I know this is a big decision, but if you really want your hair to be stronger and healthier, definitely consider giving it a break from dying it.
Do not wash your hair often
Yes, you hear me; I only wash my hair twice a week; trust me, sometimes it’s hard, especially because I work out almost every day and my hair gets itchy from the sweat, but here is when dry shampoo comes to the rescue.
I noticed that now that I don’t wash my hair so often, my hair is less frizzy and doesn’t fall that much. At the same time, my hair is more voluminous.
Use Hair Masks
Your hair is like your skin; you need to add those ingredients to make it healthier. I use hair masks twice a week; it’s part of my hair routine.
Usually, I go for hydration masks since my hair is a bit dry towards the ends. I love how my hair feels after; so soft and smooth and easy to brush. I highly recommend adding a hair mask to your routine. Yes, this will add a few more minutes to your shower, but you will see its benefits.

Use Anti-Break Serums
This is another important step in my routine that has completely changed my hair. I have combination hair, so my scalp is oily, but my ends are dry, so my hair tends to get lots of split ends.
Anti-break serums have been in my routine for about 2 years, and the change is incredible. I will not lie and say they are completely gone, but they definitely reduced by more than 50%, and my ends look hydrated and healthier.

Don’t Blow Dry your hair all the time
I made another big change to get my hair back to be healthy and shiny. I don’t blow dry my hair often; I have to say that I probably do it a maximum of once a month now or when I REALLY, REALLY need it, like on special occasions or something like that.
I usually leave my hair to air dry during the summertime, and during winter, I wash it at night, so it dries while I am at home. I probably style my hair only for special occasions, and I always make sure to use heat protector treatments.

Okay, beauties, these are the 5 Easy Tips For Healthy Hair that I wanted to share with you; I hope they are beneficial. Please feel free to leave your comments or contact me if you have any questions; I will be more than happy to share more with you.
Love you all ❤
