This post is about Tips to Reduce Stress In Your Daily Routine
1. Understand your body and emotions
It is essential to understand how your body is reacting to stress. Are you getting anxious or angry? Is your body tense or in pain?
You need to stop and take a moment to analyze what stress is doing to you and how this is affecting your day and life. For example, when I am having a stressful and busy day, my shoulders get tense to the point that it is painful and very uncomfortable.
These are the kind of reactions you need to be aware of and work on them. Take a moment to walk around, breathe slowly, stretch your body, and relax your muscles. At the same time, reflect on those negative emotions and see how they affect your productivity and personal life.
I want you to know your body, see what changes when you are stressed, and find those things that help you overcome them.
2. Take time to rest
Remember that we all need time to rest and restore our minds and body to a calm state. Selfcare is fundamental here; find those activities that make you happy. It can be going for a walk, exercising, listening to music, painting, writing, having a mini spa at home, create a ritual in your life that is only for you and your happiness. You can find more information about How to practice self-care here.
My job can be stressful and for me, exercising takes me to a calm place; no matter how busy my day is, I always make time for a 30 minutes workout; I love the feeling of leaving that bad energy behind, bringing the good one instead.
Remember to slow down, make a journal and write down all the things you love doing and bring you joy. This is excellent therapy and keeps your mind away from all the drama causing your stress.

3. Don’t be hard on yourself
Love yourself; you are human, not a machine; remember that!
Sometimes, we push ourselves hard to get everything done in time record and forget to enjoy life. Remember that we can not control everything, and there are always bumps on the road; stressing out or blaming yourself is not going to fix the situation, so breathe, take a moment to clear your mind, and you will find the best approach.
With a clear mind come better ideas.
Okay Beauties, These are my three tips to reduce stress in your daily routine; I hope they benefit you and remember to take one day at a time.
