High-End Makeup in the Box
1. KVD Beauty Full Sleeve Long + Defined Tubing Mascara
I am going, to be honest: I have never tried any products from KVD Beauty; this is one of those brands that I am not interested in at all, but since I received this mascara in the box and since I am always on the hunt for a good mascara, I am going to give a try and let you know if it works.
This mascara claims to do everything: Volumizing, Curling, and Lengthening. It’s also vegan, cruelty-free, and long-wearing. The KVD Mascara retails for $25, 34 CAD.
2. GXVE BY GWEN STEFANI Line It Up Clean 24-Hr Gel Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner
I am very excited to receive this product. I got the shade Hopscotch, a shimmery bronzer that feels creamy and easy to work with. This product claims to last up to 24 Hrs, which is fantastic; usually, eye pencils don’t last on me, so it will be nice to put this product to the test.
The GXVE eye pencil retails for $20, 27 CAD.
3. Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Glow Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Niacinamide
I love Danessa Myrics products, so getting this product in my box was a win! This priming serum is infused with skincare ingredients, providing hydration and a dewy finish, and is suitable for all skin types.
The Danessa Myrics Yummy Foundation Primer retails for $34, 46 CAD.
High-End Skincare in the Box
1. Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin™ Skin Barrier Moisturizing Cream
This is an amazing moisturizer for all skin types, especially dry and more mature skin. I tried this product from a sample I received and loved it. The formula contains 5 ceramides and panthenol to support the skin barrier and boost elasticity. I am so happy I received a full-size of this moisturizer because it is a little expensive.
The Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin moisturizer retails for $45, 61 CAD.
2. GoldFaden MD Plant Profusion Supreme Serum
This was the first time I had seen this brand, and when I saw the price of this bottle, my mouth dropped. This serum is infused with Raspberry Stem Cells ( Antioxidant), Comfrey Stem Cells ( Smooth and firmer), Swiss Cress Sprouts ( improve moisture), and Japonica Flower Extract ( calming properties). At the same time, this serum improves your skin luminosity.
The GoldFaden MD Plant Profusion Supreme Serum retails for $235, which is around 315 CAD. I hope the results are mindblowing with this price; I will share the results on my social media.
3. Sonage Saffron Energizing Vitamin Mask
Another brand that I have not tried, but this mask sounds fantastic. This energizing mask contains about 11 botanical skincare ingredients that will enhance skin texture, provide hydration and moisture, and firm skin within the time.
The Sonage Saffron Energizing Vitamin Mask retails for $48, which is around 61 CAD.
4. Kiramoon Silkie Cleanser
First of all, how cute is the packing! I love it! I have seen a lot of great reviews about this cleanser; it claims to remove makeup and mascara, leaving the skin hydrated and nourished, and works great on sensitive skin. The formula contains ceramides and rose water.
The Kiramoon Silkie Rinse Cleanser retails for $48, which is around 64 CAD.
5. Trophy Skin BrightenMD — 4-In-1 Portable Microcurrent Facial Device with Red Light Therapy
The last item from the box is this skincare device that, in 4 weeks, will reduce scars, wrinkles, and dark spots and boost skin radiance. The Trophy Skin device works with vibration and therapeutic warmth.
The Trophy Skin BrightenMD retails for $99, which is around 133 CAD.
FINAL THOUGHT
Okay, Beauties, I really like this box. I love every product I receive; seeing many skincare products in the box is nice. Usually, you get a lot of makeup and just a couple of skincare products, but this time, the box focused on skincare with great and expensive products.
The Ipsy Icon Box February 2024 total amount is $554, which is around 747.10 CAD! This is amazing! This is why I love these boxes; you get great value for an affordable price.
