This post is about How to start a change in your life.
1. Leave your comfort zone
We are always looking for ways to stay in our normal zone and not take risks, but this behavior can lead to repeating unhealthy and bad habits and losing life excitement.
When you push yourself to get out of your normal boundaries, you will have the feeling of doing something that eventually will bring joy and a positive experience to your life.
Trying something new or giving yourself a new challenge is an affirmation that you are doing something that, in the long term, will increase your confidence and make you more eager to bring new hobbies or changes to your life.
You can start with small steps by trying different things outside your boundaries daily to help you increase your confidence and believe more in yourself.
2. Plan your goals
You can not start changing your life if you don’t have a plan. Set your goals. What are those things that you want to achieve? It can be learning to play guitar, practicing how to speak in public, or waking up early to exercise. No matter what new idea you have, write it down and plan your next steps. This will help you measure your progress and be accountable.
My goal this year, which might sound a little silly, is to share more of my personality in my content. I am so afraid of talking in my makeup videos or showing more of myself that I put as a small goal to start making videos where I speak more and one bigger goal: creating my Spanish Youtube Channel.
The funny part is that in my full-time job in IT, I have no problem talking to a big audience or being a leader, but somehow, talking in my social media content is out of my comfort zone and something that I need to change if I want to grow.
3. Stay focus
Setting your goals will give you a sense of direction and purpose; now, the most critical part is staying focused on your results.
When you see how much you can accomplish and how far you can go outside your bubble, you instantly feel happier and have a healthier and more positive mind.
Remember something, and this is very important: your journey is not the same as other people’s, so do not try to compare yourself or judge your progress; this can bring you back to your normal state.
Give yourself a big applause for every little milestone; acknowledging your progress increases your confidence and motivation.
4. Don’t be afraid of failure
Failure is the biggest reason most people are not open to trying new things or changing their lives. The feeling of not accomplishing your goals can be devastating, but is that reason enough not to even try?
Leaving with the what if is unhealthy, so see “failure” as an opportunity to grow and learn. If your plan is not going according to your expectations, don’t go to the ” I knew it ! ” or “I told you so !”; instead, see what you can do differently to improve your next adventure.
Okay, Beauties, these are the 4 tips for starting a change in your life; remember that trying new things can bring a lot of joy and have a significant physical, mental, and emotional impact.
I hope you enjoy this little guide. Please let me know what your current goals or changes are.
Love you all ❤
