T\u00f3mese tiempo para descansar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerde que todos necesitamos tiempo para descansar y devolver la mente y el cuerpo a un estado de calma. El autocuidado es fundamental aqu\u00ed; encuentre aquellas actividades que le hagan feliz. Puede ser salir a pasear, hacer ejercicio, escuchar m\u00fasica, pintar, escribir, tener un mini spa en casa, cree un ritual en su vida que sea s\u00f3lo para usted y su felicidad.
