1. Clean your scalp

Sometimes, we forget that a healthy scalp is the key to healthy hair. It is essential to clean your scalp and remove dead cells that can cause dryness or inflammation.

2. Be gentle with your scalp

Now we are talking about a clean scalp; it is also important to be gentle. If you don’t have a scalp massager, you can also use your fingertips, not your nails. Remember, like our skin, the scalp is susceptible, and we must treat it with love and care. Do not be harsh; use gentle circular motions; the massage should be relaxing, not painful.

3. Do not overwash your hair
