1. Elf Cosmetics No Budge Cream Eyeshadows
These new cream eyeshadows from Elf are fantastic. The formula is long-lasting and easy to work with; once they dry, they don’t move.

NYX Suede Matte Velvet Vegan Lip Liner
I love this lip liner; even though it is matte, the formula is smooth and pigmented and feels super comfortable on the lips. My favorite shade is Cold Brew.
